Tottenham have a lot of suspensions and injuries to deal with right now and here are the latest injury and suspension updates ahead of their clash with Wolves this weekend.
The undefeated run in the Premier League finally ended for Tottenham in very dramatic fashion as they had two men sent off and lost 4-1 to rivals Chelsea.
Tottenham injury update

They now sit second in the division, and they will be hoping to get back to winning ways immediately in their upcoming match against Wolves.
This will be a lot harder for Ange Postecoglou as there are multiple key stars unavailable or who are doubts for this away match on the weekend. All expected return dates come from premierinjuries.
Ivan Perisic

Ivan Perisic has been injured for quite a while. The versatile player has been out since September and he is still due to be sidelined for the next couple of months. Perisic suffered a knee injury and it turned out to be an ACL injury. He had surgery and is not expected to return to full fitness until 2024. He may possibly miss the whole season.
Expected return date: 1st June 2024
Manor Solomon

Manor Solomon suffered a meniscus injury in early October and has not been able to feature for Spurs since. The summer signing had surgery for the injury and is now recovering from that injury. He is still expected to be out for some time and is ruled out for Wolves. Spurs are hoping he can feature before the end of the year but that doesn’t look likely.
Expected return date: 13th January 2024
Ryan Sessegnon

Another long-term injury is Ryan Sessegnon. The versatile Englishman has not been able to feature this season due to an injury he suffered over the summer but the player is in the final steps of his recovery as he aims to play under Postecoglou for the first time. The latest was that he will not be available to face Wolves but there is hope that he can return after the international break.
Expected return date: 25th November 2023
James Maddison

Key player James Maddison has been on top form this season, but he is now a doubt for the Wolves match after being substituted early in the London derby against Chelsea. Apparently, he suffered a knock on his ankle. It doesn’t sound like a bad injury and he will be assessed ahead of the match this weekend.
Expected return date: 11th November 2023
Ben Davies

Ben Davies featured against Crystal Palace but had to be subbed off at half-time. This was due to a foot injury and this also saw him not named in the squad for Spurs’ last match. The latest update on the defender is that the injury was just a knock. Davies will hopefully be back in the squad this weekend if all goes to plan.
Expected return date: 11th November 2023
Micky van de Ven

Micky van de Ven would have worried all associated with Spurs when he suffered his injury running for the ball in the match on Monday as he fell to the ground. He definitely suffered a hamstring injury and by the looks of it, it could be a serious one. Postecoglou called it a ‘significant’ injury after the loss earlier this week. New reports suggest that Spurs believe the defender will not require surgery; however, it is suggested that he will be sidelined until January at the earliest.
Expected return date: January 2024
Richarlison

Another key player injured is Richarlison. The Brazilian international picked up a groin injury and this saw him not available for selection earlier this week. Richarlison will now have to undergo surgery for the injury and this will see him sadly sidelined for months.
Expected return date: No return date
Are any Tottenham players suspended for the Wolves match?

Spurs do have a couple of key players who are now suspended for the match against Wolves. Cristian Romero received a straight red card so he is now suspended for three games. Meanwhile, Destiny Udogie received two yellow cards in the same match and also got sent off. Due to his sending off being two yellow cards, the player is only suspended for Wolves.
Are any Spurs players close to a suspension?
Sadly one key Spurs player is only one yellow card away from getting a one-match ban. Despite already being sent off this season, Yves Bissouma has four yellow cards and if he gets a yellow card against Wolves he could miss the crucial match against Aston Villa. His two yellow cards vs Luton which turned into a red do not count when it comes to yellow card suspensions.
