Roberto De Zerbi’s Tottenham Hotspur coaching team features several familiar faces from Brighton. Here is a list of people working closely with De Zerbi and Spurs’ first team.
Tottenham Hotspur manager: Roberto De Zerbi

Roberto De Zerbi replaced Igor Tudor as Tottenham manager in March 2026, with the club in the midst of a worrying relegation battle.
Despite the fears of relegation, De Zerbi committed to the club for the long-term, putting pen to paper on a five-year contract in north London.
The Italian has enjoyed prior success in the Premier League, having guided Brighton and Hove Albion to European qualification for the first time in their history in the past.
De Zerbi faces a mammoth task to keep the Lilywhites in the Premier League in the final few weeks of the 2025/26 campaign.
Tottenham Hotspur coaching staff
Bruno Saltor (Assistant Coach)

Despite being Brighton alumni, Bruno Saltor never actually worked with De Zerbi at the club, having left with Graham Potter in 2022.
After one year at Chelsea, Saltor then joined Potter for an unsuccessful stint with West Ham United before being appointed as Assistant Coach at Spurs by Igor Tudor in February 2026.b
Andreas Georgson (Assistant Coach)

Andreas Georgson was appointed by Frank, and has stayed on after the manager’s dismissal. The Swede first worked under Frank at Brentford in the 2019/20 season, where he specialised in tactical analysis and set-piece design. A former Manchester United and Arsenal coach, Georgson rejoined Frank’s backroom team at Spurs.
Fabian Otte (Goalkeeping Coach)

Fabian Otte is Tottenham’s lead goalkeeping coach. The German joined from Liverpool in 2025, having previously worked for the United States Men’s National team, Borussia Monchengladbach and Burnley.
Marcattilio Marcattilii (Fitness Coach)
One De Zerbi’s new appointments to the staff, Marcattilio Marcattilii has worked with the manager for over a decade, having first worked with him at Foggia in 2015.
Marcello Quinto (Senior Professional Development Phase Coach)
Another of De Zerbi’s right-hand men, Quinto has spent time working alongside the Italian at both Brighton and Hove Albion and Ligue 1 side Marseille.
