Brennan Johnson’s dad, David, was spotted beaming with pride after his son scored against his former club, Man United.
David Johnson was a top-flight player himself having featured for United, Nottingham Forest and Ipswich Town between 1994 and 2006.
He is often spotted in attendance watching his son play, and at his old stomping ground, he got to see Brennan net yet another goal for Tottenham.
Spurs fans were so pleased to see how happy he was after the difficult moment his son has gone through and they took to X to share their delight.
Even an Arsenal supporter was pleased to see his dad so happy: “That shot of Brennan Johnson’s dad absolutely beaming with pride was so sweet.”
