Dejan Kulusevski has looked like a player reborn since his switch into midfield and the Swede has been discussing the move after he ran the show against Manchester United.
Tottenham Hotspur ran riot in the Manchester rain on Sunday afternoon as Ange Postecoglou’s side cruised to a 3-0 win at Old Trafford.
Micky van de Ven provided an outrageous assist to open the scoring as the Dutch defender intercepted a loose pass in his own half, he then galavanted through the entire United team to tee up Brennan Johnson at the back post.
Kulusevski finally doubled Spurs’ lead just after the restart with a cute finish past Andre Onana before Dominic Solanke sealed the win with a third.
It was the performance of Kulusevski who had supporters talking as the Swede set a new Premier League record with his newfound role in midfield looking to have reinvigorated his career in N17.

The former Juventus man told Viaplay Fotbool: “I have played there my whole life, and I have waited to play in this position. I feel completely unstoppable.
“I feel like I can do whatever I want from the midfield. He doesn’t say anything. I play my game and do what I am good at.”
