So far, all of Tottenham’s new arrivals have fared pretty well, with Spurs securing four points from their opening two Premier League games.

Wilson Odobert is the latest player to debut for Spurs as he started in the 4-0 win over Everton, and he gave a really good account of himself.

Alan Shearer hails ‘really energetic’ Tottenham talent Wilson Odobert

Shearer, speaking on The Rest Is Football Podcast, said: “Very good, very good! I thought he was really lively, really energetic.

“He brought a different dimension. I thought, give-go, had a really good understanding of who and what they are. Yeah, I was impressed with him.”

Tottenham fans were certainly pleased with Odobert’s debut, and the likes of Alasdair Gold and Dan Kilpatrick also liked what they saw from him.

All in all, it was definitely a promising start from the £30million (Daily Mail) signing from Burnley.

With Spurs set for a busy season, there’s a good chance fans will see a lot more of him in the league, the Europa League and the domestic cups.

Who have Tottenham signed this summer?

Spurs signed Archie Gray early on in the transfer window, bringing one of England’s best young players to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

In addition, Dominic Solanke and Odobert have joined the Tottenham ranks from Bournemouth and Burnley respectively.

Furthermore, Lucas Bergvall has joined after they struck a deal with Djurgardens in winter, and Timo Werner has re-signed on loan from RB Leipzig.

Meanwhile, Gangwon FC’s Yang Min-hyuk, one of South Korea’s most exciting talents, is set to arrive at N17 next year.
