Tottenham Hotspur have now been informed that it will cost them around £21m if they are pursue the signing of midfielder Sebastian Szymanski.
The summer transfer window is seemingly already on the minds of those at Hotspur Way with a number of targets being linked to the club.
However, it seems these links are not doing Ange Postecoglou’s side any favours with Fenerbahce now said to have increased their asking price as a result.

Tottenham interested in Szymanski
Over recent weeks, the north London club have been credited with an interest in the 24-year-old midfielder alongside the likes of AC Milan.
But word of Tottenham’s interest could now see Spurs have to increase their offer in the summer if they hope to land the Poland international.
According to a report from Sabah, Fenerbahce have now increased their asking price from €20m (£17m) to €25m (£21m) ahead of the summer.
And this has all come about due to the reports suggesting the Premier League side are showing an interest in their player.

Tottenham’s midfield options
The summer could well see Tottenham part ways with one of their current midfielders as Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s future hangs in the balance.
Hojbjerg’s role at the club has dramatically decreased since the arrival of the Australian which has seen reports claim he is expected to leave in the summer.
But Spurs will still have the likes of Rodrigo Bentancur, Yves Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr to choose from as well as James Maddison.
Postecoglou is by no means short of options, but Szymanski may be viewed as a player who can add depth to the squad with hopes of European football for next season.
Szymanski has returned an impressive 12 goals and 14 assists across all competitions which would certainly suggest he could provide competition to Maddison.
But with Jamie Donley continuing to impress in the U21s side, another signing to rival Maddison may leave some fans frustrated as it could cut off the 19-year-old’s path to the first team.
