Randal Kolo Muani was not the only Paris Saint-Germain star whom Tottenham Hotspur wanted to sign in the last transfer window.
Kolo Muani arrived at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on deadline day to give Thomas Frank another option up front.
Adding a player of his quality to the side, Spurs will definitely be aiming for a top-four finish this season.
And if things had gone their way, it looks like one of Kolo Muani’s teammates at PSG would also be in north London right now.

Tottenham enquired about signing Senny Mayulu
Most talk surrounding Tottenham at the minute has been about Amanda Staveley’s interest in buying Spurs, but there has also been some transfer news about PSG youngster Senny Mayulu and a few other names.
According to TEAMtalk, the Europa League winners actually enquired about signing the midfielder in the final weeks of the transfer window.
The same outlet claims, though, that their approach was a “hopeful” one and not a realistic push to sign the player.
While Tottenham were not able to land Mayulu, Frank can still be delighted with the business that his club managed to do.
As well as Kolo Muani, Spurs were also able to sign Xavi Simons and Mohammed Kudus, two terrific attackers.
There were also exits in the white half of north London. Manor Solomon was not fazed by Kudus’ arrival, but the winger eventually left the club for Villarreal, for example.

PSG’s stance on Senny Mayulu with two of Tottenham’s rivals also keen
Despite only being 19 years of age, Mayulu played a lot of games in PSG’s incredible 2024/25 season.
In total, the French youngster made 34 appearances in all competitions, helping Luis Enrique’s side to win the Champions League and Ligue 1.
Unsurprisingly, the European champions do not want to sell Mayulu. TEAMtalk’s report states that they see the France youth international as a star of the future and are reluctant to part ways with him as a result.
It is thought that Tottenham’s Premier League rivals Manchester City and Chelsea have also been tracking Mayulu, complicating things even further for Spurs.
