Tottenham make their return to Premier League action over the weekend as they prepare for a trip to current champions Manchester City.

Spurs have already beaten Man City this season, getting one over them in the EFL Cup as part of an impressive display.

The challenge this time around will be different for Ange Postecoglou as it is away from home and in league action after the international break.

Tottenham will be looking to return to winning ways but may need a slice of fortune to beat a side with the quality of City’s.

That’s where the calls of the referee and match officials could end up having a huge say in the tie and how it finishes.

So with that said, here’s a look at everything you need to know about the referee and VAR appointments for Tottenham vs Manchester City.
