A round-up of the latest Tottenham news, including updates on Roony Bardghji, Tottenham injuries and Crystal Palace injuries.

Tottenham transfer chance

Tottenham have been handed a potential boost in their hopes of landing FC Copenhagen wonderkid Roony Bardghji. Spurs continue to be linked with a potential switch for the midfielder, who scored his side’s winning goal against Manchester United in the Champions League earlier this season.

With plenty of rumours circulating a big move in the summer, Fabrizio Romano has claimed the 18-year-old is being left out of the squad due to his refusal to sign a new contract. The contract stance is likely to see a move pushed through, but it remains to be seen if Tottenham will swoop.

Tottenham injury absence

Tottenham winger Manor Solomon is still expected to miss out on the clash with Crystal Palace, despite being pictured at Hotspur Way. That’s according to reporter Alasdair Gold, who claims that he is still awaiting a return to training.

“Manor Solomon, still not back in training yet,” Gold said on YouTube. “There is a hope it could be this week. The thing with Manor Solomon is a little bit like it was with Ryan Sessegnon in that you’ve just got to be so careful. He’s been out since September with his knee injury and you’ve just got to make sure he doesn’t come back too soon.”

Crystal Palace injury blow

Continuing on the injury front, it appears as though Crystal Palace have suffered an injury blow before their clash with Tottenham. According to the Daily Mail, defender Marc Guehi is set for an extended spell on the sidelines due to surgery on his knee.

It leaves the Eagles without the England international, with the likes of Michael Olise, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, Rob Holding and Cheick Doucoure ruled out. There are also doubts over Will Hughes, though Eberechi Eze is in line for a return.
