Tottenham’s quest for European glory continues as they face off against Galatasaray.

Spurs impressed in their 4-1 win against Aston Villa and Ange Postecoglou’s side will be hoping to continue that fine form when they travel to Türkiye midweek.

Tottenham already have three wins from three in Europe this season, following their latest win against AZ Alkmaar – meaning they sit second in the newly formed Europa League table.

Their opponents, Galatasaray, have enjoyed a bright start themselves having racked up seven points, with wins against POAK and Elfsborg.

Having already overcome the likes of Qarabag and Ferencvaros, Tottenham’s trip to the Turkish giants will undoubtedly be their toughest test of the competition so far.

Team/injury news

Richarlison hobbled off with a suspected hamstring injury in the Aston Villa win and is expected to miss the trip to Türkiye midweek.

Postecoglou took Heung-min Son off early against Villa and the Spurs boss may be tempted to rest the South Korean against Galatasaray, as they look to manage his recovery.

Tottenham’s attacking injuries may see Mikey Moore once again start in the Spurs frontline. James Maddison even compared Moore to Neymar following his performance against AZ Alkmaar and it would be no surprise to see the youngster shine again this time around.
