Radu Dragusin’s agent has now spoken out about his clients lack of game time at Tottenham Hotspur since signing.
It has now been over a month since the Romanian centre-back made the move to Hotspur Way, but he is still waiting on his first start under Ange Postecoglou.
However, his outspoken agent has now weighed in on the situation, but perhaps in a way some may not have expected from him.

Radu Dragusin’s agent speaks
Since Daniel Levy made the deal happen for the 22-year-old defender, it was apparent he would come with an agent who was not afraid to speak his mind.
Already, he has discussed his thoughts on the other offers which were on the table for Radu Dragsuin in January.
So it would not have been a surprise to hear him share his frustrations with Dragusin’s ongoing wait for a start at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
However, talking to Romanian media, he said: “You have nothing to worry about, it’s normal. After this defeat (to Wolves), I hope he will get his chances. He couldn’t have knocked them all out. Romero is a world champions. Van de Ven played well.
“The idea is that when he comes in, he plays well and doesn’t leave. He works hard in training. It was noticed by the manager and his teammates. He’s training well.”
“He will play enough game before the Euros to not be out of rhythm. He told me that the pace of play in England is much better than in Italy. He has no problems in training. He doesn’t feel there’s a big difference between him and the others. For me, it was normal that he didn’t play. There will be, I think, whole matches for him.”

Waiting for his turn
Tottenham’s defensive record has left a lot to be desired over recent months as we have now managed to keep just one clean sheet in our last 16 league games.
It is clearly a trade off for the attacking football we are now being treated to under Postecoglou, however, it simply isn’t good enough.
What we have seen under the Australian has been a huge improvement on recent years, but there has to be some improvements made defensively.
And it would be interesting to see whether Postecoglou would consider a three man defence which could incorporate Dragusin.
It could allow Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie some more freedom higher up the pitch and would allow Postecoglou to play with his three main centre-backs.
The Romanian’s mother has already called for patience over her son’s game time, but this could be a way to boost our defensive record and provide Dragusin some much needed minutes.
