Tottenham statement reaction
Tottenham fans have hit out at the club following a statement on an increase in season ticket prices for the 2024/25 season. The announcement comes as a six percent increase to the current package offered by the club.
“Football is not immune to the rising costs of goods and services across the board and we continue to look at all options to minimise ticket price increases, while absorbing the vast majority of costs,” the statement explains. “In the five years since the stadium opened in April, 2019, there has only been one Season Ticket price increase of 1.5 per cent.
“There has, however, been a significant increase in matchday costs outside of our control such as utilities, rates and consumables, along with the need to continue to operate on a sustainable basis. For 2024/25, Season Ticket prices will increase by six per cent.”

Hojbjerg transfer
Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg continues to be linked with a potential move in the summer transfer window. With one-year remaining on his contract, it appears as though teams are positioning themselves for a swoop.
According to Calciomercato, Serie A giants Juventus and Napoli are both showing interest in a switch in the coming months. With a lack of playing time and questions over his contract, it could see a transfer pushed through.
