Tottenham Hotspur fans have hit back at the club following the announcement of an increase in season ticket prices for 2024/25.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have brought much improved football to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this term.
As a result, Champions League football is on the radar ahead of the Premier League run-in and fans are now going to have to pay more to watch their side.

Tottenham season ticket prices increased
On Wednesday afternoon, the north London club released a statement on their plans to increase season ticket prices by six per cent.
Tottenham fans are already known to be paying some of the highest figures in Europe to watch their side at home.
And they are now going to have to fork out even more with the club putting it down to a ‘significant increase in match day costs’ out of their control.
But the news has, naturally, not gone down well among Tottenham fans who responded on X to the likes of Daniel Levy.
Fans will be demanding Champions League
There is no doubt, Tottenham fans get to experience one of the best stadiums in the world with their match day ticket.
However, they will surely now be demanding elite European football to supplement the considerable price increase to their season tickets.
Prior to the announcement, there would have likely been an acceptance if Spurs were to finish outside of the top four.
After all, this is still Postecoglou’s first season in England after only joining in the summer.
The club has seen a lot change in that time with the huge departure of their all-time record goalscorer Harry Kane.
And yet, Postecoglou has guided them to a seriously impressive 2023/24 campaign.
If you are paying one of the highest ticket prices in Europe, fans will surely expect the level of football to match.
