Tottenham Hotspur defender Joe Rodon is already receiving interest from across Europe ahead of the summer.

The Welsh defender is currently spending the season away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on loan with Leeds United.

However, it seems as if his time with the north London club is coming to an end at the conclusion of the season.

Joe Rodon’s Tottenham future

According to transfer guru Graeme Bailey for HITC Football, the 26-year-old is subject of interest from some European clubs.

However, it is also claimed Joe Rodon is happy with where he is currently with the Championship outfit.

Manager Daniel Farke has also been impressed with what he has seen from Rodon having hailed him as “unbelievable” earlier in the term.

His time with Spurs is seemingly set to come to an end this summer having been informed he is not in Ange Postecoglou’s plans.

The January arrival of Radu Dragusin has ended any hope of a return to Hotspur Way.

Bidding war expected

News of interest from across Europe in the Wales international comes just days after it was suggested Spurs will have no issue selling him.

Journalist Alasdair Gold has even suggested Daniel Levy could have a bidding war on his hands over the coming months for the 26-year-old.

Rodon has impressed massively during his time in Yorkshire unde Farke and it just highlights the talent he does hold.

His time at Tottenham will be one to forget for the defender, but it is good to see he has gone out and rediscovered his form.

Performing at the level he has seemingly hasn’t changed Postecoglou’s mind ahead of next season.

However, it has done his own future a big favour in clearly putting him on the radar of numerous clubs across Europe.

It will be interesting to see where he ends up in the summer, especially as he’s already hinted at remaining a Leeds player.
