Tottenham Hotspur have started making their transfer plans for the next two transfer windows as they look to back Ange Postecoglou by bolstering his squad.
Postecoglou revealed he has extensively discussed transfer with Johan Lange and Spurs’ sporting director has started drawing up a list of transfer targets. The Lilywhites are ready to make moves in January but any substantial signings are only likely to happen in the summer.
The North London club are keen to add another top forward to their frontline and one of Tottenham’s transfer targets has just dented Harry Kane’s trophy hopes by scoring a sensational goal against Bayern Munich.

Tottenham interested in Jamie Gittens
Tottenham are one of the clubs interested in signing Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens. The Englishman has been making waves in the Bundesliga and the Champions League this season earning him interest from several major clubs.
Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea are among the other English clubs keen to bring him back to the country. The 20-year-old wants to remain in Germany for now, but ultimately, he sees himself in the Premier League at some point.
However, he has a contract with Dortmund until 2028 meaning the German club want a substantial fee to sell him. £41 million to £49 million would not be enough to get him with Dortmund looking at around £83 million to start discussing a deal.

Jamie Gittens added to his tally for the season against Bayern Munich as he scored a brilliant solo goal against Vincent Komapny’s team. Dortmund held Munich to a 1-1 draw which leaves the Bavarians seven points clear at the top of the Bundesliga, although Frankfurt have a game.
Gittens picked up the inside his own half, absouley skinning Konrad Laimer for pace before beating Manuel Neuer at his near post to hand Dortmund the lead. The 20-year-old now has eight goals and four assists in 19 appearances this season for the German club.
