According to transfer guru Graeme Bailey, speaking to HITC, Spurs are one of several Premier League clubs keen on the German.
But there will be some serious competition for the 29-year-old’s signature with Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle United also interested.
After a tough campaign in the Bundesliga with Bayern, Kimmich is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League.
With Thomas Tuchel heading for the exit door in the summer, Bayern are hoping their next manager can change Kimmich’s mind.
Spurs facing City competition
It seems Spurs will be going up against the current European champions for a number of targets this summer.
On Wednesday, it was claimed the Lilywhites have Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze on their radar for the summer.
However, Daniel Levy is expected to face a stern test to sign the 25-year-old with City said to be the leading candidates for Eze’s signature.
And Bailey’s report claims City are long-standing admirers of the German midfielder ahead of the summer.
He is a player who has received some big praise over the years with Jose Mourinho calling him an ‘absolutely phenomenal‘ player.
With Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s future believed to be a potential departure over the coming months, this could be a huge upgrade.
