Tottenham Hotspur have reached a ‘full agreement’ with Genoa to sign centre-back Radu Dragusin.
That’s according to Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, with the journalist claiming Dragusin will pen a five-year deal should everything go according to plan.
Spurs have been locked in talks with Genoa over a deal to sign the Romanian for the past week.

Ange Postecoglou’s move for a new centre-back came under threat yesterday as Bayern Munich expressed an interest in signing Dragusin this month.
But after days of negotiations, it would appear that Spurs have finally made a breakthrough in their bid to snap up the 21-year-old.
Tottenham reach ‘full agreement’ to sign Dragusin
Plettenberg took to X on Tuesday morning and claimed that Spurs have agreed a fee worth €25 million (£21.4m) plus add-ons to sign Dragusin.
The journalist notes the centre-back will sign a five-year deal with Tottenham and an offer from Bayern is yet to arrive.
He wrote: “Tottenham and Genua have reached a full agreement about a transfer in winter this morning!
“Transfer fee: €25m + add-ons. Contract until 2029
“If Bayern wants to have a chance, they must react today. There’s still no official offer from Bayern.”
At long last, Tottenham seem to be closing in on their new centre-back signing.
Many fans feared the worst when Bayern expressed an interest in Dragusin, particularly with Spurs dragging their heels over the fee.
It had already been reported that Dragusin was ready to turn down other clubs in a bid to join Postecoglou’s side this month.

The defender has been ever-present for Genoa this season, racking up 19 Serie A appearances.
This could be a huge coup for Spurs at a vital time, with Cristian Romero currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Ben Davies also suffered a hamstring injury in the 1-0 win over Burnley on Friday.
Tottenham have been boosted by the return of Micky van de Ven but bringing in Dragusin ahead of the Man United game on Sunday would be ideal for Postecoglou.
