Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to meet Marcus Rashford’s wage demands this summer, according to Samuel Luckhurst.

The 28-year-old’s wages are set to rise to £325k-per-week next month at Manchester United, and Spurs could still move for him.

The attacker has a £40 million release clause at Old Trafford, and Spurs could well move to bring him to North London.

Tottenham have tried to negotiate a lower fee for Rashford, but he could actually prove to be a serious signing for De Zerbi’s team.

But after Spurs complete a deal for the pair, Rashford could quickly become the focus for the Lilywhites.
