Tottenham Hotspur may not be done yet in the January transfer window, with Norwegian starlet Antonio Nusa from Club Brugge close.

Ange Postecoglou has already been busy in this window. He’s secured the signature of Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin.

The manager and his coaching staff also waved goodbye to some players. There have been numerous loan deals, but ultimately, it looked like the transfer business may have concluded at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

But not anymore, with a wonderkid possibly on his way to Hotspur Way.

Antonio Nusa to Tottenham ‘not far away’

HITC Football reports that Tottenham Hotspur are progressing well with their talks over Norwegian starlet Antonio Nusa from Club Brugge.

Sources with knowledge of the situation have told HITC that Spurs are ‘happy’ with how things are progressing and overall agreement is ‘not far away’.

The 18-year-old is one of Europe’s hottest prospects and is known for his dazzling trickery against defenders in the Belgian Pro League.

Sources have also told HITC that Nusa is happy with the prospect of joining Tottenham in the summer and is ready to commit to the North London giants. It does look like a match made in heaven.

How would Antonio Nusa fit in at Tottenham Hotspur?

Well, we know that Postecoglou loves attacking players with pace, dynamism and flair – which Nusa has in absolute abundance.

He will join the ranks of Heung Min-Son, Brennan Johnson, Timo Werner, Dejan Kulusevki and so many more who all possess these traits.

He is also a young, hungry player, which is the perfect reason he can join the ranks at Spurs, and integrate into a side through rotational means. With Son as his tutor, he could be a world-beater.

An exciting time for Tottenham. Will they get it over the line?
