Tottenham Hotspur defender Eric Dier will remain a Bayern Munich player for next season.
After leaving north London in the January window on loan, his stay is now expected to be made permanent with the Bundesliga champions.
Eric Dier joined Harry Kane in making the move to Munich this season and it looks like he’s set to stay.

Eric Dier set for permanent stay
According to David Ornstein, Bayern are now expected to make Dier’s stay at the Allianz Arena permanent for next season.
The 30-year-old joined on an initial short-term loan with the option to make permanent in the summer.
With just months remaining on his deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, his future has been decided.
His stay is only contracted for another 12 months in Germany, but he will join as a free agent signing for the Bundesliga side.

Tottenham’s defensive targets
It became apparent Dier was not in Ange Postecoglou’s plans.
He has been hailed by pundit and former Spurs player Jermaine Jenas as ‘sensational‘ in the past.
But the versatile centre-back struggled to make any real impression under the Australian with Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero leading the backline.
And despite bringing in Radu Dragusin in January, it seems Spurs are still looking for more options in the summer.
The Spurs News have been told Lloyd Kelly and Tosin Adarabioyo are players who Spurs could seek as free agents in the summer.
However, there have also been reports linking Spurs to the likes of Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen.
Whatever happens over the coming months, Dier was a good servant to the club so it is nice to see his future at a top club has been sealed for next season.
