Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison is set to receive further interest from Saudi Arabia this summer.
Ange Postecoglou’s striker was subject of interest from the Middle East last summer, but remained a Spurs player.
And it seems Richarlison is set to see his name heavily linked with a move away from north London this summer.
Saudi interest in Richarlison
According to The Telegraph, the 26-year-old is set to be subject of summer interest from a number of the Saudi Pro League clubs.
Al-Ittihad are believed to have made a late move for the Spurs man after their interest in Mohamed Salah landed on deaf ears.
Any interest from Saudi was expected to be knocked back by Spurs after just one year in N17 for Richarlison.
Spurs spent big on the Brazilian just 12 months prior and it was apparent they wanted to see what he could do under Postecoglou.
Richarlison’s future at Tottenham
The Brazilian is now set to return to action on the weekend for the trip to Craven Cottage after sustaining a knee issue.
And it could be said there may be an important few months of football ahead of Richarlison.
Tottenham spent around £60m on the Brazilian back in 2022 and it is only of late where they have seen any sign of a return from the 26-year-old.
Nine goals in his last 10 Premier League games is a return which no one will turn their nose up at. Alan Shearer even hailed his form as “magnificent” last month.
However, he needs to do this on a more consistent basis for Tottenham and he has the chance to prove just that upon his return.
The Spurs News have been informed Tottenham would consider his future this summer if a good offer was to arrive.
And with that in mind, a return to his previously shown form could well cost Richarlison his future at Spurs ahead of the summer.
Tottenham are already being linked to striker options for the upcoming window which may suggest they could look beyond Richarlison ahead of next season.
