Tottenham Hotspur’s Premier League rivals are now expecting Jan Paul van Hecke to sign for Roberto De Zerbi’s team.

Van Hecke has already agreed personal terms with Tottenham and is now waiting for an agreement to be found with Brighton.

Spurs are expected to submit a new bid for Van Hecke this week, reports Ben Jacobs, in an attempt to finally get a deal done.
