Tottenham Hotspur could be at risk of losing one of their young talents to Manchester City in the summer.
Tyrese Hall is one of the club’s rising stars having impressed massively in the U18s side this season.
And it seems his displays have not only attracted the attention of the England U19s squad, but also Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

Manchester City showing interest in Tyrese Hall
According to The Standard, Hall’s performances in the Spurs youth sides has gained the interest of the reigning Premier League champions.
The report profiles the midfielder as a ‘deep-lying creative midfielder’ who is an ‘excellent dribbler’ and has been in ‘brilliant’ form for the Lilywhites this term.
His 13 league appearances for Spurs U18s has returned three goals and three assists. An additional three goals have came in the FA Youth Cup; one even against Manchester City.
Hall’s displays have even seen him called up to Wayne Burnett’s U21s side where he provided two assists in his first game against Aston Villa.

What Postecoglou has said about youth prospects
It is apparent there are a number of youth prospects currently at Hotspur Way which may be catching Ange Postecoglou’s eye.
The U21s side are currently top of the Premier League 2 table and the U18s are third in their respective division.
However, the strength of this Spurs first team has meant opportunities for the youngsters to come through into the first team has been extremely limited.
One player who has managed to do that is Jamie Donley.
The midfielder has provided a stunning four goals and 11 assists in the Premier League 2 this season.
These performances have returned him three late cameo appearances in the Premier League.
“If they go on and take it, play well, they’ll accelerate their development but at the moment it is good to have them. The training level doesn’t drop when they’re in with us and that’s the main thing. Both guys, Jamie and Alfie [Dorrington] in particular have come along well,” Postecoglou said.
Although he has not been handed too many opportunities, it is apparent Donley is one of the players who is tipped for big things at Spurs.
He and Will Lankshear have already seen their partnership likened to that of Heung-min Son and Harry Kane.
Hall may not quite be at the level of breaking into the Australian’s plans, but it is apparent Spurs have work to do if they want to keep hold of him over the coming months.
