Tottenham are already planning towards future transfer windows and new reports suggest that they are scouting Scottish Premiership star Slobodan Rubezic.
According to recent reports from The Sun, Tottenham are on a scouting mission and they have visited a division manager Ange Postecoglou knows well, the Scottish Premiership.
Apparently, Postecoglou has sent top scout Ian Broomfield to Scotland on a four-day scouting mission to identify possible future signings.
This has led them to scouting defender Slobodan Rubezic. The centre-back has “caught the eye” and is now “on Spurs’ radar”.

The defender hasn’t been in the Scottish Premiership for long. He only signed for Aberdeen in the summer but he is already making a big impression.
Dons boss Barry Robson seems to be very happy with the player. He praised him when he signed, saying: “Slobodan is a good old-fashioned defender, exactly what we need to bolster our defensive options.”
The 23 year-old has immediately become a key player for the Scottish club, playing 10 times in the league and starting all 10 of these matches.
His performances are clearly getting noticed and if he continues to perform at a high level then it will not be just Spurs who end up having an interest in the player.

He has recently made his first appearance for his nation Montenegro as well, so it looks like he has a lot of potential to succeed at a high level. Rubezic is not the only player from the Scottish Premiership that Spurs want. They have also been linked with a move for Celtic’s Matt O’Riley.
With Postecoglou doing so well with Tottenham at the moment, he will no doubt be trusted in terms of players he wants to sign. If he continues to like what he sees from Rubezic then Spurs will likely make the necessary moves to try and bring the defender to North London.
