Tottenham Hotspur are ready to replace Richralison and finally hand Ange Postecoglou an alternative to Dominic Solanke.
Spurs have made a big offer to one of Barcelona’s big transfer targets as they look to bring in another forward. Richarlison is sidelined until the New Year with a hamstring injury and his inability to stay fit has forced the North London club to start seeking a replacement for him.
The Lilywhites have started work on securing that new player ahead of the January transfer window and are rivalling the Spanish giants for his signature.

Tottenham make Jonathan David an important offer
Tottenham have made Jonathan David an important offer to sign a pre-agreement deal in January, according to Sport. The striker is out of contract with Lille in the summer and can agree to join a new club in the next transfer window ahead of July 2025.
Several other clubs are also pushing to sign him on a pre-agreed deal in January and David will wait to see his other options before agreeing to join the North London club. Barcelona have shown a strong interest in the forward, however, Hansi Flick and Deco have doubts about his ability and are assessing whether to look elsewhere instead.
The 24-year-old is keen to join Barca but, at this stage, that move looks unlikely to materialise. The Lilywhites appear to be his most concrete option with less than a month until he can agree to join them.
Why Tottenham must sell Richarlison
Richarlison refused to leave Tottenham in the summer amid interest from Saudi as he was keen to stay and fight for his place. The Brazilian’s time in North London has been plagued by injuries and the striker is currently out until the New Year with his latest hamstring issue.
Richarlison’s absence from the squad is causing Ange Postecoglou big issues as he is Spurs’ only alternative to Dominic Solanke. The England international looks shattered with the Spurs boss struggling to find opportunities to rest him.
The North London club cannot afford to have players in their already thin squad who are unable to stay fit and David could be the perfect replacement for the 27-year-old.
