Tottenham Hotspur are top of the Premier League – by a clear two points.

This comes after Ange Postecoglou‘s side picked apart Fulham at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Spurs now are two points clear at the helm after Arsenal dropped points at Chelsea on Saturday.

Goals from Son Heung-Min and James Maddison were enough to give them all three points at home. They were both immense.

This has been the case all season.

Son Heun-Min vs Fulham

The Spurs captain was on the tip-top of his game last night.

Son put in a Man of the Match performance, with a goal and an assist in front of his adoring home fans. His overall game was impeccable – as represented by his stats on the night.

A phenomenal cameo for the South Korean.

James Maddison vs Fulham

Spurs’ signing of the season was also, once again, immense.

He was absolutely everywhere last night and thoroughly deserved his goal which fully sealed the win. His other stats are not bad either.

Sensational. Maddison really does just keep going from strength to strength.

These two are unplayable

Given the season so far – this duo have been simply unplayable for Tottenham.

The relationship building thus far reminds us of that of Harry Kane and Son. The two almost have a telepathic connection as to where the other is.

Their play-styles perfectly complement each other and they seem to be constantly striving to better the other. A fantastic trait to have in arguably your two star players.

They are two absolutely phenomenal footballers. They deserve all their plaudits and successes. Long may it continue!
