Morgan Gibbs-White to Tottenham transfer
Tottenham have been urged to sign Nottingham Forest playmaker Morgan Gibbs-White in the summer transfer window. It comes as Forest have been linked with a number of sales following their points deduction for alleged financial breaches.
There remains uncertainty surrounding how the club may align their finances for the coming year, with rumours over sales. With that in mind, pundit Gabriel Agbonlahor has discussed Spurs landing Gibbs-White.
He said on TalkSPORT: “I see a team that suits him [Morgan Gibbs-White] as Spurs. Because look at Maddison being brought off in the few games recently and they’re bringing on Lo Celso who is decent. Imagine having that power next season, Champions League football and you’re bringing on Gibbs-White, when you’re rotating Gibbs-White in that position. I think he offers everything.”
Gibbs-White has four goals and seven assists for Forest in the Premier League this season, making 30 appearances in the division. The former England youth international has a current contract until 2027 at the City Ground.
