James Maddison tipped to drop out as Radu Dragusin retains spot
Guglielmo Vicario is expected to replace Fraser Forster in goal, while the defence could see several changes.
Radu Dragusin is likely to retain his place from the Galatasaray starting XI, despite struggling in Istanbul.
Pedro Porro could also start once again, with Djed Spence remaining a doubt due to a groin issue.
Meanwhile, Archie Gray and Ben Davies could be replaced by Destiny Udogie and Romero if he recovers in time.
Postecoglou is likely to overhaul his midfield on Sunday, with all three players potentially being replaced.
James Maddison, Yves Bissouma and Lucas Bergvall could all drop out of the XI.
In their place, Rodrigo Bentancur, Dejan Kulusevski and Pape Matar Sarr could come in.
Sarr in particular is staking a real claim for a regular starting spot ahead of the £165,000-a-week England international.
As for the front line, only one change is likely, with Dominic Solanke coming back for Will Lankshear.

Spurs predicted XI (4-3-3): Vicario; Porro, Romero, Dragusin, Udogie; Bentancur, Kulusevski, Sarr; Johnson, Son, Solanke
