A round-up of the latest Tottenham news, including updates on Pedro Neto, Radu Dragusin and VAR audio.
Pedro Neto transfer hope
Tottenham have been handed hope in their pursuit of Wolves winger Pedro Neto in the summer transfer window. That’s because, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Portuguese international is expected to leave the Midlands club in the coming months.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano claimed: “Keep an eye on him [Pedro Neto] for the summer because I know that [Gary] O’Neil, the manager of Wolves, in the past few days discussed the possibility of Pedro Neto.
“He mentioned the possibility of Pedro staying at Wolves in the summer, not guaranteeing the possibility of Pedro leaving. But, from what I’m hearing guys, it’s very likely to see Pedro Neto leaving in the summer transfer window.
“There will be important clubs on it. His agent is already in contact with some clubs, so I can’t mention the clubs yet. But for sure, the appreciation of clubs like Arsenal and Tottenham is clear since long time.”

Radu Dragusin’s agent discusses Tottenham game time
Radu Dragusin‘s agent has discussed the defender’s lack of game time since making the switch to Tottenham in January. The Romanian international is vying for a place against an in-form Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven just one month after joining.
With questions over his freshness before the Euros, his agent Florin Manea has discussed the game time with Romanian media. “You have nothing to worry about, it’s normal,” he claimed. “After this defeat [to Wolves], I hope he will get his chances.
“He couldn’t have knocked them all out. Romero is a world champions. Van de Ven played well. The idea is that when he comes in, he plays well and doesn’t leave. He works hard in training. It was noticed by the manager and his teammates. He’s training well.”

PGMOL claim on Tottenham VAR check
The PGMOL have released VAR audio from Tottenham’s clash with Everton that saw controversy surrounding a goal for the Toffees. Jack Harrison’s strike was pulled into question due to a potential foul on goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario from a corner in the build-up.
The goal was eventually given, following a review from the match officials, much to the frustration of Spurs. On the Premier League Productions show Match Officials Mic’d Up, the audio from VAR Michael Oliver explained the decision.
“I’m looking at the keeper first,” Oliver explained as he walked through the review. “Stands his ground, keeper’s weak agree with that. Keeper plays the ball. Right OK, so I’m happy with the challenge on the keeper.”
