Tottenham transfer interest

Tottenham are set to enter the transfer market in search for a striker, once the summer window opens. There are a whole host of options linked with a potential switch, however Spurs have already seen a close-up of one target recently.

That being Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz, as Alasdair Gold claims he could be one option on the radar at Hotspur Way when they look for a forward. The Brazilian scored a brace against Ange Postecoglou‘s side last time out.

The 22-year-old has seven goals this season for Fulham, a hot streak of scoring that is slowly seeing him establish himself at Premier League level.

Gabriel Agbonlahor claim

Former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor has claimed that Ange Postecoglou shouldn’t be starting Tottenham duo Brennan Johnson and Timo Werner. It comes after the pair struggled in a 3-0 defeat to Fulham last time out.

Speaking on TalkSPORT, Agbonlahor said: “Spurs will make top five this season, could be in the Champions League and then in the summer they need to get some better players in. They need a top number nine, Son on the left, Kulusevski on the right. Werner and Johnson coming off the bench. They shouldn’t be starting games for Spurs in the Premier League, for me.”

The pair have been important players in the past few months, following absences to the likes of Richarlison and Heung-Min Son.

Tottenham transfer exit

Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg looks set to leave the club in the coming summer transfer window. The Denmark international has just over one-year remaining on his current contract and has struggled to break into the team under Ange Postecoglou.

Hojbjerg had previously been a guaranteed starter for Spurs, but his recent role has changed to that of a squad player. Speaking on his YouTube channel, journalist Alasdair Gold has suggested an exit is in the works for the summer.

It remains to be seen which offers will be made for the 28-year-old, who recently changed his agent and representatives. Previous reports suggested clubs in Italy have been watching in hopes of a potential deal.
