Tottenham arguably face their toughest test of the Europa League so far, as they visit Turkish champions Galatasaray.
Spurs travel to Turkey on the back of three straight wins in the competition – having already overcome the likes of Qarabag, Ferencvaros, and AZ Alkmaar.
Galatasaray however will provide the Lilywhites with a much sterner test. Jose Mourinho has already warned Spurs about Victor Osimhen, meanwhile former Chelsea stars Hakim Ziyech and Michy Batshuayi could come back to haunt Tottenham.
It may not be Okan Burak’s players that cause Spurs the most problems though, with Harry Kane warning Tottenham about Galatasaray’s ‘tough’ atmosphere – an atmosphere that has previously got the better of one Spurs star.

Timo Werner could not handle the Turkish atmosphere vs Besiktas
Whether it be Galatasrsay, Fenerbahce or Besiktas – Turkish teams are famed for their intense fans and their supporters pride themselves on making it tough for visiting teams, especially in Europe.
Timo Werner has experienced this first hand and to say the German struggled to deal with the atmosphere, would be an understatement.
Back in 2017, while plying his trade for RB Leipzig, Werner faced off against Besiktas in the Champions League group stage – but the winger would only be on the pitch for a measly 32 minutes.
Midway through the first half, the now Spurs man was seen gesturing to the bench, requesting to be substituted after claiming the crowd noise made him dizzy.
The former Chelsea star was so irritated by the loud atmosphere he even attempted to play with earplugs.
Ralph Hassentul’s ‘impossible to prepare’ claim may act as warning to Tottenham
Following their 2-0 loss to Besiktas, then Leipzig boss Ralph Hassentul honed in on the famous Turkish atmosphere – as per the Daily Mail.
“It is impossible to prepare your team for an atmosphere like this. There was a deafening noise and at the start of the game we were a bit affected.
“We were not good in the first 20 minutes at all. But it was a lesson for all of us. I saw who I can count on in times like these.”
Albeit Spurs are not playing Besiktas, but Galatasaray’s RAMS Park will no doubt bring a similar intensity – an intensity Tottenham’s young players will have to deal with if they are to come away with three points.
