Tottenham Hotspur have been busy on the transfer front this summer, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.

Archie Gray, Dominic Solanke and Wilson Odobert have all joined Spurs this summer, while Lucas Bergvall has arrived at N17 after a deal was struck for him in January.

In addition, Timo Werner has re-signed on loan and South Korean prodigy Yang Min-hyuk is now on the Tottenham books, though he won’t join until next year.

As for departures, Spurs have let 14 players go this summer, with three being sold, five leaving on free transfers, and six being loaned out.

Manor Solomon is the latest player to have left N17 on loan, having joined Championship side Leeds United until next summer.

Here is what a number of Whites fans have been saying on social media about the Tottenham winger’s Elland Road loan switch.

Leeds fans welcome Tottenham’s Manor Solomon to Elland Road

Solomon hoping to get his career back on track at promotion-seeking Leeds

Solomon joined Tottenham on a free transfer last year following his departure from Shakhtar Donetsk.

He signed for Spurs after a successful loan spell with Fulham in 2022-23 in which he scored in four successive top-flight matches.

However, Solomon only played six times before suffering a season-ending knee injury in October.

The Israel international featured in pre-season for Ange Postecoglou’s side, but didn’t make either of Spurs’ Premier League matchday squads ahead of his Leeds move.

Solomon’s Elland Road switch is the third piece of business conducted between Spurs and Leeds this summer.

Archie Gray swapped Leeds for Tottenham earlier this summer, while Joe Rodon went the other way, both on permanent deals.

Solomon will hope to fire the Yorkshire side back into the Premier League at the second attempt after falling just short in the Championship playoff final last term.
