Ange Postecoglou has admitted Tottenham Hotspur youngster Dane Scarlett has enjoyed a good week in training at Hotspur Way.
Injuries continue to deplete the Spurs squad which may lead to Ange Postecoglou being forced to look to some of his younger options.
And it seems the 19-year-old striker has been impressing him during their recent training sessions at Hotspur Way.

Postecoglou impressed by Scarlett
Tottenham’s options up front took a major blow this week as Richarlison was ruled out for up to a month.
This will likely see Heung-min Son return to a role in the middle of the front three with Timo Werner potentially placed out left.
However, one player who Postecoglou praised during his press conference in the build-up to the Crystal Palace game was Scarlett.
Having trained with the first team all week, Postecoglou said: “Dane’s had a difficult season but it is great we’ve got him some game time with the 21s last week because that was important. When you actually look at the match-minutes he’s played this year, it is way too low for a guy like him who needs game-time. It was great to get him some game-time with the 21s and I think that’s helped him as well. He’s trained well this week.”

Scarlett’s future at Tottenham
It has been another difficult season for the 19-year-old striker who has now returned from a failed loan spell with Ipswich Town.
He was involved in the U21s side at Spurs in their Premier League Cup game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium where he was able to score.
But he has not been able to break his way into Postecoglou’s thinking in the Premier League with only seven minutes under the 58-year-old coming in the FA Cup.
Scarlett still has age on his side and he can look at Harry Kane’s journey as something to provide him confidence.
However, Spurs have some really exciting youngsters coming through at the moment with striker Will Lankshear now catching people’s attention.
Scarlett was once in the same position as Lankshear, but it seems taking to men’s football may be more of an adjustment for the 19-year-old.
Perhaps in Richarlison’s absence he can find a few more minutes from the bench.
