Tottenham Hotspur have made quite a name for themselves in recent years when it comes to giving youth a change.
Spurs have a number of exciting academy talents coming through and Ange Postecoglou has shown he’s not afraid to give them game time.
Tottenham have also done very well with regards to signing young gems and turning them into stars.
For instance, Spurs have struck gold by signing the likes of Destiny Udogie, Lucas Bergvall and Archie Gray, all of whom look like future stars.
Pundit Gabriel Agbonlahor has now spoken highly of a young Tottenham player who “can do everything”.

Gabriel Agbonlahor says Tottenham star Pape Matar Sarr ‘can do everything’
The player in question is Pape Matar Sarr, another player who arrived for Spurs somewhat under the radar but has since become a superstar.
The 22-year-old shone for Tottenham in last week’s 4-1 Premier League win over Aston Villa, and Agbonlahor named him in his team of the week.
“This was a close one,” said Agbonlahor. “I think Onana could have got it from Aston Villa on his first-half performance, but the whole game I thought Sarr caused Aston Villa problems.
“He was pressing high, he was getting in front and starting counterattacks.
“And what I like about him is that he has got that acceleration, that stride going forward, but also defensively he was putting in annoying fouls on Rodgers when he was trying to get forward, on Watkins, on McGinn.
“He was always in and around trying to halt Aston Villa’s attacks. I think he did a very good job.
“There’s a reason why he started instead of Maddison because he can do everything. He can run forward, he can run back, he can make tackles and he can create goals, so I think he deserves to be in it, Sarr.”
Pape Matar Sarr could leapfrog James Maddison in Tottenham pecking order
Sarr has been doing so well that, according to GiveMeSport, James Maddison faces a battle to reclaim his spot in the starting XI due to the Senegal star being among those blocking his pathway.
‘Maddison is facing a big week to convince Postecoglou that he deserves to return to the starting line-up on a regular basis, according to GMS sources,’ they wrote.
‘After the Tottenham chief decided it was best to move away from deploying him in the middle of the park with Kulusevski as they went in search of recovering from a defeat to Crystal Palace last month.
‘Although Kulusevski coming away from the right flank has hindered Maddison, GMS sources have been informed that Pape Matar Sarr is also blocking his pathway into the first-team after becoming a crucial figure in the heart of Tottenham’s midfield during the early stages of the campaign.’
