The latest transfer reports are suggesting that Tottenham striker Richarlison is now a target for the Saudi Pro League.

Tottenham have some top players in their squad and went through a rebuild over the summer transfer window.

Richarlison signed in the 2022 summer transfer window and has struggled with consistency since joining for £60m.

Now, new reports from The Telegraph are suggesting that Richarlison is being ‘targeted’ by clubs in Saudi Arabia and they could make a move for him in the January transfer window.

Tottenham star Richarlison being targeted by Saudi Pro League

It is no shock to see clubs in the Saudi Pro League look to Spurs to try and find some new signings as there is a lot of talent at the North London club.

Richarlison, who is currently injured, is also a player who could easily be sold by Spurs if they want to recoup some of the money they paid for him. He has had ‘fantastic‘ glimpses but he has not been consistent enough.

The player has definitely improved under Ange Postecoglou but he is still not scoring as much as the club would probably like.

In 46 appearances for Spurs in all competitions, Richarlison has only managed five goals. For the price the club paid, it is simply not good enough.

The Saudi Pro League is tempting many players, especially due to the fact that they are offering very big wages.

It would be surprising for Spurs to let the attacker go in January, but this may be a move that is more likely next summer, especially if the Brazilian’s form doesn’t improve.
