Tottenham will have to wait and stew over their Premier League status for a few more days, following last night’s defeat to Chelsea.
Spurs were once again pretty drab, which is hardly a surprise considering the club’s record at Stamford Bridge is pretty appalling.
😡How on earth was the foul by Marc Cucurella on Micky van de Ven not a penalty?
Another absolute shambles from a referee! 😒
Tottenham scored a consolation goal through Richarlison, but goals from Enzo Fernández and Andrey Santos ensured victory for the Blues.
Ahead of the crunch game with Everton on Sunday, Danny Murphy has now urged Roberto De Zerbi to make a huge call when it comes to his team selection.

Danny Murphy makes claim about James Maddison
The Spurs number 10 continued working his way to full fitness last night as he once again stepped off the bench.
However, Murphy thinks Sunday is going to be the perfect time for Maddison to actually start, urging De Zerbi to make the big call.
He said on Match of the Day: “The big dilemma that De Zerbi has got at the minute is Maddison, we don’t know how fit he is but he’s the game-changer.
“If he can start for 60 minutes, because that first goal in that stadium at the weekend would be massive.
“I would, I’d start him.”
Maddison will have three months of rest after the game on Sunday, and it feels like a no-brainer to start him.
Spurs need to lift the stadium to their feet at the weekend, and they won’t do that by being conservative on home soil.
Tottenham have one last chance to save themselves this season and now their entire campaign might just hinge on the shoulders of Maddison.
