Alasdair Gold has been told that Roberto De Zerbi loves working with young, technically gifted players, which could benefit Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Pape Matar Sarr.
The North London club’s current squad is packed with talented youngsters, but the Lilywhites have so far failed to get the absolute best out of them.

Bergvall just helped Sweden qualify for the World Cup; meanwhile, Archie Gray scored for England U21 as the pair demonstrated their quality during the international break.
Now, De Zerbi is the manager tasked with getting a tune out of this Spurs squad, and these three youngsters could really benefit from his appointment.

Roberto De Zerbi has been tipped to enjoy working with Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Pape Matar Sarr at Tottenham.
In his previous jobs, De Zerbi has worked wonders with talented youngsters, including Joao Pedro, Tete, Alexis Mac Allister, Moises Caicedo and Jan Paul van Hecke.
Now, the Italian head coach will get his hands on the huge midfield talents that are Gray, Bergvall and Sarr.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Gold said: “I think he’ll love the young, technically gifted players like Gray, Bergvall and probably Sarr as well.

“Because that is something people told me about him, that work with them and that he loves these young, technically bright footballers and the ones that have got the capacity up there (in their brains) as well to take on what he asks of them.”
Tottenham have very high hopes of Bergvall, with the young Swede having been named their Player of the Season last term.
Now, Gray looks set to win the Player of the Year award at the club, with the youngster really making himself counted.
Meanwhile, Sarr has always shown a great deal of promise, but has just struggled to remain consistent at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
De Zerbi won’t have much time to make things click with the youngsters though, as there are just seven games to make sure Tottenham remain in the Premier League.
