The 20-year-old came close to forcing the ball home himself with an outside-the-boot effort, which forced Kamil Grabara into making a big save, but the Arsenal striker eventually turned the ball home following a scramble.
The youngster managed 17 touches, completed six defensive actions and won three of his five duels against Poland.
Following the win, the Swedish media hailed his impact in helping Graham Potter’s side reach the 2026 World Cup in North America.
