Spurs will want to keep the early-season momentum going over a kind few weeks of Premier League fixtures, and one player looks set to be back soon.
After four games, Spurs are sat in third in the league table. The performances so far under Thomas Frank are a good omen for the season ahead, but there is still plenty of room for improvement.

Defensively, Spurs have looked especially strong, managing their fourth clean sheet against Villarreal on Tuesday. But that game saw the attack frustrated for much of the 90 minutes, perhaps in need of some change from the bench.
It shouldn’t be too long before they have another fantastic option to switch up the front line.
Dominic Solanke spotted in training after injury
It’s always great to see players back on the grass after significant time out, and Dominic Solanke is someone Frank will be glad to have back in the squad.
Sky Sports reported his return on Thursday, after weeks of wondering how far he was from full fitness.
Solanke had a decent debut season, but fans will know from his time at Bournemouth that they haven’t seen the best of the Englishman.
Spurs have Richarlison and new signing Randal Kolo Muani to cover in his absence, but Solanke is a true centre-forward who can offer Frank something different in attack.
Solanke unlikely to be ready for Brighton
While the news of Solanke’s return to training is positive, it was in a limited capacity.
The 28-year-old was far from team training, doing individual work on a separate pitch. This points to him not being fully ready to rejoin the squad, making a return against Brighton at the weekend unlikely.
Before the Villarreal game, Frank assured the media that Solanke wasn’t ready to be involved. He did say that the £65 million striker is “taking steps in the right direction”, as his presence at training confirmed.

It makes more sense for Solanke to feature in midweek against Doncaster, where he can get back up to speed and be ready for the next league game.
What many fans are wondering is who gets the starting berth out of three quality options.
