Why Micky van de Ven was furious with Randal Kolo Muani
This summed Tottenham up of late, and when Kolo Muani lost the ball in a dangerous area, you just knew it would end up in the Tottenham goal.
Robinson spotted Van de Ven going furious at the Frenchman and he felt that he had valid reasons to go to town after his costly error.
He said on BBC Radio 5 Live: “Micky van de Ven is absolutely furious with Kolo Muani. Such a poor pass in the middle of the field.
“It’s a gift for Chelsea, but it’s a long way from goal – they still had the opportunity to defend it.
“Chelsea say ‘thank you very much’.
It’s good to see a captain going absolutely to town on an underperforming player, and Kolo Muani won’t want to see this one back.
Ultimately, Spurs are in so much trouble because collectively the team haven’t been good enough, and the long wait for a win at Chelsea goes on.
Now, all eyes are on Sunday, and Tottenham know they must do their job and claim a positive result against Everton to finish above West Ham and remain in the Premier League.
