Tottenham Hotspur have started putting together their plans for the upcoming transfer windows as they look to bolster Ange Postecoglou’s squad.
Spurs have shown a great deal of promise under Postecoglou and the North London club are ready to back him over the next couple of windows.
Tottenham’s squad still has plenty of room for improvement and the Australian manager will certainly be keen to add some more talent.
One of the players who the Lilywhies are looking at is a player who has recently taken the Premier League by storm and received high praise from his manager.

Tottenham target Matheus Cunha
Tottenham are monitoring Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Matheus Cunha, according to TBR Football. However, they are not the only club keen on the Brazilian with Manchester United, Newcastle and Napoli also looking at him.
The 25-year-old has been on fire this season having netted seven goals and provided three assists making him one of the league’s most in-form players. Since the start of last season, Heung-min Son is the only Spurs player who has more goal contributions than him with the forward producing 29 goals and assists in 44 games.
The North London club are keen to add another player to their forward line and Cunha could be the perfect option given his versatility. The former Atletico Madrid star predominantly plays as a number ten but he can also play on either flank and as a centre-forward.
Matheus Cunha compared to Martin Odegaard by Gary O’Neil
Following Wolves’ 4-1 win away at Fulham, Gary O’Neil told the media that Cunha can be as good as Arsenal star Martin Odegaard and Man City’s Bernardo Silva.
O’Neil said: “I love working with him. His talent is incredible, obviously. But if you watch the top players, they’re able to do it week in week out. Watch people like Bernardo Silva, Martin Odegaard. They’re all top with or without the ball and Matheus, the numbers he’s producing at the minute are up there with everybody.”
