Tottenham Hotspur are showing interest ahead of the summer in the versatile Fenerbahce youngster Ferdi Kadioglu.

There has been a influx of new faces at Hotspur Way over the last year with Ange Postecoglou looking to put his stamp on the squad.

And the signings are looking set to continue in the summer with a defensive target said to be on the radar.

Tottenham interested in Ferdi Kadioglu

According to transfer guru Graeme Bailey for HITC Football, the Lilywhites are just one of the clubs showing a keen interest in the 24-year-old.

The report hails Kadioglu as one of the most exciting young prospects in the Turkish Super Lig.

And this has naturally drawn attention from across the Premier League with Arsenal and Wolves also credited with an interest.

It is also claimed by HITC that the Fenerbahce president has already admitted he expects the versatile player to leave this summer.

Spurs interested in new full-back

The Turkish defender has shown he is capable of playing on either side of the defence, but he has predominantly played at left-back this season.

And this is something which Spurs are believed to be after in the summer.

The Spurs News has been told that the Lilywhites are looking to sign a versatile full-back who could play on either side.

Former Tottenham player Kyle Walker-Peters is a player who is said to be on their radar as well.

This certainly seems to be the case with Spurs now said to be keeping track of Kadioglu’s situation in Turkey.

The 24-year-old has played a huge part in Fenerbahce’s season with 39 appearances across all competitions.

It would be interesting to see whether he would be willing to play second fiddle to the likes of Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro nailing down the starting spots at full-back.
