Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to beat Liverpool to the signing of Luis Guilherme this summer.
It is still a number of months until the transfer window opens, but it seems Ange Postecoglou is already laying out his targets.
But it seems he may come up against some stern competition if they are to land the 18-year-old Brazilian.

Tottenham keen on Luis Guilherme
According to transfer guru HITC Football’s Graeme Bailey, Spurs are one of the clubs who hold an interest in the midfielder.
A number of other Premier League clubs are also being credited with an interest, though. Brighton & Hove Albion and Manchester United are also believed to be keen.
But Bailey believes it is Liverpool who are pushing hardest for the 18-year-old with talks already underway via intermediaries.
With some big European clubs also aware of the exciting prospect, it is said he has a release clause in the region of £50m.

Postecoglou building for the future
Tottenham are showing they are keen to bring in young talents who are able to provide them with options for the long-term.
Lucas Bergvall will arrive in the summer from Sweden after Spurs were able to beat the likes of Barcelona to his signature.
Spurs have made a habit of beating some of Europe’s finest to players in recent months.
They were also able to sign Radu Dragusin in the January window despite the strong interest coming from Bayern Munich and Napoli.
Guilherme is a player who is already being tipped for a huge future with Palmeiras’ youth director labelling him ‘a very special player‘.
Although Spurs have come off best in battling for players recently, it seems this may be an even tougher challenge.
It seems most of Europe’s top clubs have been made aware of his potential just over a year after Endrick was snapped up by Real Madrid.
