Tottenham Hotspur have previously shown interest in signing New England Revolution midfielder Noel Buck.
Football.London claims the MLS youngster is understood to be available for around £6 million, with Tottenham keen.
The 18-year-old has already racked up 32 appearances in the MLS, scoring four goals and providing one assist in the process.
Buck has also featured regularly for England Under-19s since making his debut back in September last year.

The midfielder is highly-rated within the England set-up and has even been playing ahead of Premier League youngsters for the U19s.
It’s noted that New England Revolution are willing of listen to offers worth around £6 million for the talented youngster.

Buck is widely regarded as one of the most exciting prospects in the MLS at the moment after impressing for Revs.
Spurs have made a habit of targeting talented youngsters of late and it’s certainly paid off for them. The likes of Pape Matar Sarr and Destiny Udogie have both starred under Ange Postecoglou this term.
Whether or not Tottenham decide to take a punt on Buck remains to be seen. But if he is indeed available for just £6 million, it could prove to be a smart move from Spurs.
We’ve already seen the club snap up youngsters and send them back out on loan, which worked incredibly well with Udogie and Sarr.
With the MLS season just about to get underway, Spurs could look at doing a similar deal for Buck.
It feels unlikely that Buck would come in at Spurs and challenge for a starting place immediately and the Englishman would benefit from playing regularly as he continues his development.
