Sergio Reguilon is back from his loan spell at Manchester United.
The Spurs News covered recently that Sergio Reguilon was to return to Hotspur Way this January, with Tottenham officially confirming this as true on Thursday.
The 27-year-old went on a season-long loan that included a break clause for the left-back to return in January – which Manchester United have now exercised.
Tottenham Hotspur fans have been left divided on his return.

Sergio Reguilon back to Spurs confirmed
Tottenham took to X today to confirm that Sergio Reguilón has returned to the club following a loan spell at Manchester United.
Reguilon only featured 12 times for the Red Devils during his spell in Manchester. During this – he registered 0 goals or assists.
He now joins Tottenham with fierce competition for the left-back slot, with Destiny Udogie one of Ange Postecoglou‘s star men this season.
This is why Tottenham fans have been left divided over his return.
Tottenham fans left divided over Sergio Reguilon’s return
Spurs fans were quick to comment under the post. Some were delighted to see him return.
A first starts off: ‘Get him playing again.’
Another fan is happy: ‘Welcome back, Sergio! Ready to show them what they’ve been missing at Club. Let’s do this!’
Another says: ‘Great decision. We need defenders.’
‘I’m aware I’m in a dwindling minority here, but there’s a part of me still convinced there’s a useful player there,’ a final says, leading on nicely to the fans that didn’t want him to stick around.
‘Can you send him back?’ a first on the flip side begins.
Another adds: ‘Udogie miles ahead. Another loan spell for Reguilon soon.’
And finally: ‘GET RID OF HIM,’ one fan makes his feeling very clear.
With Postecoglou having so many defensive worries this season, it may not be the worst thing that Reguilon is back. He can provide adequate left-back cover, especially as Ben Davies has been forced into a centre-half role.
