Tottenham Hotspur could now be set to challenge two of their London rivals to the signing of an in-demand Spanish full-back.
Spurs completed the January transfer window having brought in Timo Werner, Radu Dragusin and youngster Lucas Bergvall.
However, it seems Spanish left-back Miguel Gutierrez is a player who is already catching their eye ahead of the summer market.

The Spanish outlet Relevo have credited Spurs as one of the many clubs who are already showing an interest in the Girona left-back.
Ange Postecoglou’s side are just one of the Premier League clubs linked with the 22-year-old, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City also named in the report.
Bayern Munich also make the list, but perhaps City hold a slight advantage given the La Liga side are part of the City Football Group.
Over the January window, any interested clubs were met with a €35m (£29.9m) exit clause in his current deal, but the player is believed to dream of returning to Real Madrid one day.
Spurs in need of Destiny Udogie back-up
Postecoglou will undoubtedly thank the club for providing him with Destiny Udogie upon his arrival in north London.
The Italian has been a revelation at Spurs and he has certainly cemented his place as the starting left-back.
However, beyond Udogie, Spurs’ strength in depth in the position can be questioned with 30-year-old Ben Davies his natural replacement.
Uprooting Udogie from the starting XI would prove a big ask, but a player of Gutierrez’s calibre could be a huge addition if Spurs were to pull it off.
The 22-year-old has played a massive role in Girona’s La Liga success this season with 22 league starts already under his belt.
But whether a move to north London – where regular starts aren’t guaranteed – would appeal is a different question altogether.
Spurs already have one Spanish left-back on their books in Sergio Reguilon, and that is not a move which has worked out well.
