Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly taken a keen interest in one of Real Madrid’s top talents.
Real Madrid, whom Tottenham could face in the Champions League this season, have a host of superstars who will not be for sale next year.
The likes of Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior will be viewed as untouchable at the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, Spurs will be hoping that another one of Real Madrid’s stars will be more attainable in 2026.

Arda Guler not for sale
Unfortunately for Tottenham, Real Madrid also appear to be very reluctant to sell their prodigy Arda Guler.
According to CaughtOffside, the Europa League winners and their north London rivals Arsenal are monitoring the 20-year-old.
However, Spurs, Arsenal and any other clubs interested in Guler are likely to be left disappointed.
CaughtOffside’s report claims that Real Madrid have no intention of selling the attacking midfielder to anyone.
If Carlo Ancelotti were still at the Bernabeu, that stance would have delighted the Brazil manager. He was a big fan of the Turk.
“Arda Guler has made tremendous progress,” Ancelotti was quoted as saying by beIN SPORTS earlier this year. “He’s showing his quality and gaining consistency. I believe he can become an exceptional midfielder, because there are very few at his level. He will be very important for the future of Real Madrid.”

Arda Guler’s stats so far this season
Guler has made a great start to the 2025/26 campaign, giving Real Madrid another reason not to sell the Turkey international to Tottenham.
In seven La Liga appearances, Guler has already scored three goals and provided three assists. According to WhoScored, the former Fenerbahce star is also making three key passes per game, which is the highest average in Xabi Alonso’s squad.
All in all, it is not hard to see why Tottenham and some of Europe’s other top clubs are interested in Guler.
But Real Madrid look unwilling to sell him. And with Guler getting minutes at the Bernabeu right now, it is very unlikely that he will push for a move.
If Thomas Frank wants to sign a new attacking midfielder next year, the Dane will have to look elsewhere.
