One of the current players out on loan from Tottenham Hotspur has spoken about the possibility of working under Ange Postecoglou.
Several players have departed the club on loan moves since the arrival of the Australian in the summer, but it seems one, in particular, could be keen to make an impression on the 58-year-old.
Defender Japhet Tanganga is now playing on his second loan deal of the term having returned in the winter from Augsburg to join Championship club Millwall.
And it seems he feels he could be a good option for Postecoglou to select from.

Tanganga eyeing Tottenham return
It has, undoubtedly, been a turbulent campaign for the 24-year-old Englishman who found himself struggling for minutes with the Bundesliga side.
Since making the move to Millwall, however, things have looked a bit more promising with four Championship appearances already under his belt.
Tanganga has recently sat down with Sky Sports to discuss all things Tottenham and Millwall and he has hinted at being suited to Postecoglou’s style of play [4:20]: “Like I said, I was there in pre-season and the gaffer at Spurs, he obviously gave me his methods and, like I said, it’s been working well for the team. And it suits me as well, like how he plays. So when he came in it was kind of like a breath of fresh air.”

Tanganga has a lot to prove
It is a big shame that Tanganga’s time at Spurs has not really developed into anything serious given he is a product of the academy.
His debut for the first team saw him impress massively with solid display in the defeat against Liverpool back in 2020.
However, he has since struggled to really nail down a spot in the first team with just 27 appearances in the Premier League since 2020.
After joining Millwall recently, the defender did give away a penalty which proved huge in their 2-1 defeat against Coventry City.
So there is still, clearly, a lot of Tanganga to do if he feels he can impress Postecoglou and make a real bid for a spot at Hotspur Way.
But with the likes of Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Radu Dragusin and even Ashley Phillips potentially ahead of him in the pecking order, it feels like a huge mountain for him to climb ahead of the summer.
