Djed Spence has been a regular in the Tottenham team when fit over the past two seasons, and now he’s getting admiring glances from elsewhere.

Spence signed for Tottenham from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2022 shortly after he’d helped Nottingham Forest win promotion to the Premier League.

Antonio Conte maintained he was a signing for the future when he first checked in, but under Ange Postecoglou, he became a regular in the team and hasn’t looked back.

Now, Spence is being courted by Juventus, it would seem, with their feelings towards the player now expressed in a fresh report.

Juventus monitoring Djed Spence ahead of summer transfer window

Spence only renewed his Tottenham contract last summer, but according to Gazzetta Italia, Juventus have been watching the full-back closely in recent weeks.

It’s believed that Juve would be keen to make a move if the price is right, with Tottenham potentially considering a sale for around £27 million.

A full-back is the main priority for Juve in the summer, and Spence has been looked at, given that he can operate on both sides of the defensive unit.

Not only is it believed that Juve are keen on Spence, but it’s also thought that the relationship between the two clubs is solid and would make a deal easier to do.

Spence was praised by Rio Ferdinand earlier this season, and as an England squad regular, losing him would be a massive blow.

At 25, he’s still got plenty of time on his side and having made 75 appearances for the club, it would be a big blow if he was forced out in the summer.
