Tottenham Hotspur are already prepared for interest to pick up over one of their regular starters.
The arrival on Ange Postecoglou has seen a number of new faces bolster the Spurs squad with a new look to the starting XI.
Spurs remain well within the hunt for a Champions League spot, which could offer a lot of their current players their first taste of the elite European competition.
One player who has played a significant role in the starting XI this season is the summer arrival Destiny Udogie.
The Italian may have signed the previous summer, but he finally landed at Hotspur Way last year from Udinese.
Having already racked up over 2000 minutes of Premier League action under the Australian, Udogie has nailed down the spot at left-back.
But his impressive displays for Spurs may have also caught the attention of some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
The Spurs News has been speaking to transfer guru Graeme Bailey of HITC Football to get the low-down on the 21-year-old.

Tottenham prepared for long-term interest in Destiny Udogie
Udogie has impressed Spurs that much the club have already tied him down to a bumper new deal that sees his stay through until 2030.
Although that is no guarantee of the Italian’s future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, it does put Spurs in a strong position if any club was to come knocking.
And Bailey has said there it is expected clubs will show an interest in Udogie if he continues to perform to the same level as he’s shown: “I’m not hearing any major worries [players attracting interest]. Udogie is going to be attracting attention as the time goes on, but big, big clubs are pretty well versed,” he said.
“You know, I don’t see Chelsea coming in for anyone like that. But Udogie is going to be one to keep an eye on, long-term. But if Spurs get to where they’re going to that won’t be much of an issue.”

What Destiny Udogie’s agent has recently said
Having only missed out on the starting XI through a minor injury issue last month, Udogie has certainly impressed Postecoglou.
The 21-year-old has provided Spurs with two goals and three assists in the Premier League this term.
He’s impressed so much that Postecoglou has hailed him as “outstanding” since taking on the role in north London.
And his agent has recently discussed the pressure which the left-back has felt on his shoulders playing in the Premier League.
He said: “There’s no press there to criticise you like in Italy, it’s true, it’s more focused on gossip, but you don’t win with Tottenham, it’s felt. There is pressure for them too, not winning is a problem. So far, he has played 24 games as a starter and is doing well.”
Udogie may have earned himself the starting spot at left-back, but Spurs are now on the lookout for stronger depth at full-back.
